This privacy policy lets you know what to expect when personal data is collected, and how to get in touch to discuss any element of how data is handled.

THE DATA WE PROCESS
Basic personal and health related data is collected so bookings can be made, and communicate with you via emails and SMS reminders about your appointments and help us to understand your needs and provide the best possible treatment.
HOW THE DATA IS PROCESSED
Customers
Digital personal health forms are completed by you on your initial treatment and stored on our bookings systems server. We endeavour to keep up to date records of your health and progress during each treatment. However, it is your responsibility to provide your therapist with alterations in medication and/or health.
If you have subscribed to the mailing list of Well Kneaded - Samantha Matthews, you will receive emails from time to time regarding deals/discounts and upcoming information. At any point if you wish to not receive these emails you can 'unsubscribe' manually with the link located at the bottom of the newsletter or equally email info@wellkneadedjersey.com quoting 'UNSUBSCRIBE'.
Mailing lists
MailChimp is used to manage our customer mailing lists. They are a reputable global service provider, and are fully aware of their responsibilities with regard to information security and data protection. The Privacy Policy can be found at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. MailChimp’s servers are located in the USA; they are registered under the Privacy Shield arrangement.
Other data stores
We use Acuity Scheduling to manage and process online bookings. Their privacy policy can be located here: https://acuityscheduling.com/privacy.php. No information relating to bank account or credit card payment details are kept on our systems.
INTERNET INTERACTION
Our Website
Personal data is not stored on our website, which is hosted by Wix.com who log information for support and problem diagnosis purposes is used only, individual identities are not stored.
Social media
We use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn to post news and information. Private messages will be removed after no more than six months.
Verbal and/or written consent is acquired before posting images or written testimonials on such social media platforms.
YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
You have a number of rights under the laws of data protection. A 'Data Request' log of requests received is kept to demonstrate compliance with data protection law.

Right of access: you can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
